Aloha Kona Kids opened its doors in 2005. With 8 babies in the family, we wanted to create a baby store that had the best and most amazing baby products. We live on the Big Island of Hawaii and our shopping options were limited. We started Aloha Kona Kids to bring our families the baby products they wanted and needed. We wanted a little bit of everything, for all budgets, for locals and visitors. We've expanded to the NEW Kona Commons Shopping Center with a brand new boutique with everything from prenatal up to elementary school products. Creating your nursery or need a nap mat for your preschooler? We have everything a parent could want. If we don't have it, we will make every attempt to get it for our customer, striving to achieve excellence in customer service.
Rentals...
We started our rental program in 2009 with a few items. As a retail store we are able to provide the highest quality and brands of rental products. This sets us apart from other rental companies. When we order products for our store we are also ordering new items for our rentals. Our products are some of the highest rated baby products available. We clean our rentals with earth friendly, organic cleaning supplies. Our crib rentals include full linens. We offer great quality products but we also a variety of items. Rockers/gliders, ping pong table, life vests, jogging strollers, ride on toys... we also offer personal shopping services. Need diapers/wipes/shampoo/etc, let us help. We offer delivery services from Kealakekua Bay to Kohala Ranch (and beyond). We strive to provide our guests with the best service and rental products.
